• Maintenance therapy in adult patients with advanced epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are in complete or partial response to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy.

• Maintenance therapy in adult patients with recurrent epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are in complete or partial response to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy.

• Treatment of adult patients with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who have received three or more prior chemotherapy regimens and whose cancer is associated with homologous recombination deficiency (HRD)-positive status, as defined below :

  1) deleterious or suspected deleterious BRCA mutations,

  2) or genomic instability

  3) The patient had disease progression for more than 6 months after the last platinum-based chemotherapy.
