Side effects:

The most common side effects of ZOLEDRONIC ACID are:

Tiredness, nausea, flu-like symptoms (such as fever, chills, (muscle/joint aches), dizziness, headache. Tell your doctor or pharmacist right away if any of these side effects persist or worsen.
