RIVAROXABAN, (RIVOKSAR) works for treating of blood clots. RIVAROXABAN main indications include prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, treatment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), prevention of venous thromboembolism after hip or knee replacement surgery, and reduction of cardiovascular events in selected patients with coronary artery disease or peripheral artery disease. It works by directly inhibiting factor Xa, a key component of the blood-clotting process. RIVAROXABAN is a doctor prescription (RIVAROXABAN) medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. RIVOKSAR tablets may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
